The Shocking Cure For Crohn's Disease, Asthma, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, & Every Other Chronic Disease

Let me start this post by giving you fair warning... if you don't like sarcasm stop reading now. You probably won't like this post and will get easily offended by it's simplistic nature and the rather harsh approach I take in delivering it's message. Just in case you were wondering... My goal here is not to be liked. My goal here is to tell people what they need to hear in order for them to get better.

Now I'm going to share a story with you. A story about how to cure Crohn's disease, asthma, chronic fatigue syndrome, and basically any other type of chronic disease you and/or the rest of the world may be suffering from. You want to know the secret? Get ready. Wait for it... wait for it... wait for it...

IT'S THE FOOD!

That's right. If you're suffering from a chronic illness then there's a really, really good chance that you're eating yourself to death or at least eating yourself into a state of misery and sickness. Like I said, I'm not here to be liked. I'm here to tell the truth. You want to know what else? The reason you're staying sick finding yourself at a loss for answers is...

IT'S THE DRUGS, SUPPLEMENTS, PROTEIN SHAKES, ENERGY SHOTS, AND ALL THE OTHER GIMMICKS OUT ON THE MARKET AIMED TO SYPHON CASH OUT OF YOUR WALLET WHILE DOING NOTHING FOR YOUR HEALTH.

No one knows this better than Harley Johnstone. At the turn of the century—around 1999-2001—he was suffering from Crohn's disease, asthma, chronic fatigue syndrome, and a number of other health ailments. He was miserable. You want to know how he fixed his problems? Get ready. Wait for it... wait for it... wait for it...

HE ATE BANANAS.

That's right. That's all he did. He ate lots and lots and lots and lots of bananas everyday, upwards of 30 to 40 bananas a day. Now sometimes he'd get a little adventurous and eat a 20 pound watermelon for breakfast or scarf down a small salad with a few tomatoes in it during dinner, but most of all he just ate bananas. You want to know what happened next? Get ready...

HE WENT TO THE DOCTOR.

You want to know what the doctor did?

THE DOCTOR DID A FULL EXAM ALONG WITH ALL KINDS OF BLOOD WORK ON HIM.

You want to know what happened next?

THE DOCTOR COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH HIM AND GAVE HIM A PERFECT BILL OF HEALTH. IMAGINE THAT!

IT'S THE FOOD! IT REALLY IS!

If you're suffering from a chronic disease and you want to feel better then just eat plants and lots of them. Eat them in their natural form or sliced and diced or even with a little dirt on them. Just eat more plants. If you don't like bananas then pick another plant for Pete's sake. Pick the potato or the carrot or spinach or apples or broccoli or strawberries or all of the above and/or anything else that looks colorful and deems itself as a plant-based, whole food. You'll get better. I guarantee it.

That's my prescription for optimal health. That's it. It's not hard. Oh and one other thing... Stop eating animal foods and processed junk foods. Yes, this means vegetarian and vegan junk foods too. The world won't come to an end. You won't come down with Kwashiorkor's disease or Marasmus because you didn't get your steak fix or wolf down a bunch of protein bars. By the way, Kwashiorkor's disease and Marasmus are the only two dietary protein/energy deficiencies that are solely due to malnutrition for all you protein fanatics out there. If your panties are still wadded up in a bunch over this topic, I would highly encourage you to educate yourself on the role of protein in the human body:

One other thing about getting well... STOP taking more medications. I think I've rightfully earned the privelege to say this having spent over 10 years in the pharmacy field as a practicing pharmacist. I've watched thousands of patients continue to stay chronically sick by taking more and more pills. It really is a miserable sight to see, but one I will see less of as I make my way out of the pharmacy field eventually.

Back to getting off your medications... You'll need to work with your doctor on this. In fact, I would be an extremely irresponsible pharmacist to blindly tell you to stop taking your meds without working with your physician. Some drugs need to be tapered off slowly, some don't. Work with your doctor to do this. If they won't work with you then find a different doctor who will. There are individuals in the medical field who actually want to get their patients off their meds and healthy again.

Coming back to that story again... The video below shows a glimpse of how Harley Johnstone made his journey back to health by eating bananas. Lots of bananas. Every single day. For every single meal. Yes, it does actually work. You can't make this stuff up.

  1. Justin, thanks a whole bunch of bananas for this article. What fun. I've been on the plant based diet, as we've discussed for 10 years now but it was easy for me after going vegetarian 42 years ago this Jan 1 and then 20 years later vegan but this youngster has taken this to a whole new level and I say great and more power to him. I'm not surprised he shed all his chronic diseases. Unfortunately I know lots of people, including friends who could only benefit from a diet like this for just a month or even a few weeks to see the difference but then some people can't be convinced. So many say "I could never give up meat." Well, we know they can if they wanted to. Somehow it's just easier to eat for pleasure and go to the doctor expecting him/her to make you well which doesn't work.

I'm doing my 2 times a year water fast for 3 weeks in January and may go more fruit like the banana kid here for a few more weeks unless I lose too much weight.

Thanks again. I thoroughly enjoyed the article and the video which I watched twice.

    Have a lovely Thanksgiving Justin.

  2. Great article Dustin. Tell 'um like it is! I'm constantly amazed at how many of the so called 'natural wellness therapists' that I meet are overweight and unhealthy. The reason is the same as for everyone else - poor diet! Keep on getting the word out there my friend.

  3. Just curious, are you vegan who only eats fruits and veggies or is this article juat meant to draw us to your product... I love how the advertisement below this(in my browser) is a a sign that says "5 foods that kill Testosterone and cause belly fat" and has a hand holding a Banana...

    1. Technically, I'm vegan. But I prefer plant-based because it is a better definition of a truly healthy diet comprised only of whole plant foods that also avoids vegan processed foods.
